I suspect a microsoft update to windows 7 x64 in the past week or so may be preventing my lexmark 9350 from downloading the scan applications list. it's been working for 2 years, and i can still print to the printer, and can ping it.. Both computer will print documents and pictures but i can only scan to the p-c. when i select the laptop to scan to i get the message "cannot retrieve application list" many searches with google have provided no solution.. Just got this free printer/scanner/fax from my fionce's mom. she is wanting me to make some wedding invitations for her. but i need to scan the photo she gave me of her and the groom to put on the invitation. i place the photo on scanner screen, press the scan button, press ok when it says scan to computer, it brings up downloading application list for a few minutes then says cannot retrieve.
