No unfortunately. nothing is working. even trying to manually locate the *.inf file and load the genuino/arduino micro driver (ide 1.6.6). i see that when i plug the device the blue led (on) is always turned on and widows sees the device as atm32u4dfu, not as genuino micro.. I have just spent half an hour trying to get access to my ch340-based arduino clone from windows 10. i finally got it to work by setting the baud rate in the driver. open device manager, find the correct port, right-click it and open properties.. I had no issue using the ch340ser.exe drivers on either of my windows 10 x64 systems. then plug in the ch340 and windows will just link the driver for you. no need to dig through .inf files. my uno now works on my win 10 pc. the solution was as suggested by ( ballscrewbob - thank you) disable driver signature enforcement..
